Methodology

Last updated

This index currently publishes 1517 production cards. A card is counted only when it includes prompt text, a source link, and an attributable video result.

Evidence labels

Source-verified
A first-party product page, documentation, paper, or an independently reproduced workflow supports the claim.
Community-reported
The linked creator or collection paired the prompt with the displayed result. We have not independently regenerated it.
Unverified
The record lacks enough evidence to represent it as a Seedance result. It is archived and excluded from browsing, counts, and the sitemap.

Publication lifecycle

Published cards appear in browsing, counts, and the sitemap. Archived cards are retained only to preserve corrections and old links, remain noindex, and state why they were excluded. Safety, legal, and rights suppressions are not generated as public pages and return 404.

Version and workflow records

Existing outputs keep their reported model version. We never relabel Seedance 2.0 work as 2.5. Every new card records the model label, workflow mode, language, available settings, source, verification status, and named reference assets.

Missing reference assets

Prompts containing placeholders such as @image1 or @video2 are flagged. Unless those assets are available and licensed for display, the card states that copying text alone is not a reproducible workflow.

Prompt origin and media checks

Provenance distinguishes source prompt text, disclosed adaptations, and editorial reconstructions. Editorial reconstructions are research notes, not production cards. Published media must load from the exact stored HTTPS address; an insecure fallback does not count as a passing check.

Editorial standard

Release dates, access, pricing, API support, and platform capabilities are volatile. Published editorial pages must include a verification date and direct sources. Unchecked legacy articles remain drafts and are not routed or indexed.

Corrections

Corrections, attribution changes, and removals can be requested through the takedown and corrections process or the contact page.
